Lafayette Transitional Housing Inc.
Lafayette Transitional Housing Center, Inc. is a non profit agency which helps the homeless in our community. We offer not only housing for families and individuals, but also supportive services to help the homeless re-gain their self-sufficiency. The LTHC motto is “Helping the Homeless Come Home.”
