4C of Southern Indiana, Inc. provides a wide array of services, which are ultimately focused on increasing the quality of the early care experience for children. 4C of Southern Indiana, Inc. is a non-profit child care resource and referral agency serving eleven counties in Southwestern Indiana and supported by the Welborn Baptist Foundation, the Indiana Association for Child Care Resource and Referral, and the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, Division of Family Resources, Bureau of Child Care.
